How to Equip Armor Change Weapons in DauntlessAs in other monster hunting type games, like, um, Monster Hunter, in Dauntless, you have an arsenal of weapon types to choose from each with their own strengths, weaknesses, and play styles. I'm curious to see what everyone's average Reaction Time's are for the challenges.I feel as if I am relatively quickI am ranked as Diamond 2 however 'Speed' is the one thing I can not seem to improve. My average reaction time is 350-420ms but the 'reaction time percentile rank' never exceeds 72. And my overall speed stays between 63 and 65.How is this number generated? Is it based off of other players? If so I am curious how many players are acquiring this legit or using a cheat engine or some sort of hack to slow down times to achieve higher scores in reaction time?I know I'm not the best in the world by any means but even when I feel as if my reaction is near instant I still can't push past 72..

In most FPS games it is bad though, being slow to the draw even if you are dead accurate you will lose. I genuinely don't think this stat specifically is 100% accurate.

I have also seen many many videos on youtube etc. Where people have slowed down the game with basic hacks like cheatengine to get ridiculous times and to be top of the leaderboards. And have even posted videos of it being sped back up to normal speed. Its quite obvious when someone is 100% accurate without any error and having a response time faster than most monitors 😂. I consistently get around 240-260 on my reaction time and I'm in the 99th percentile for speed. For the last two months I have solely focused on speed, playing the Spidershot (Speed) and Motionshot (Speed) are terrific for training flicks and reaction time.

Aim

My first month of playing I was around 280-300ms on reaction time, but grinding the same game modes for weeks has shown good progress! Don't get discouraged and keep at it.

Progress will come with practice. Also look into central focus versus peripheral vision reaction time studies. It's not a study by any means, but Noted (A pro player that boasts a reaction speed of 97ms) talks about how he trains reaction time in one of his (a shorter ). Uploading a right now to show you how I run Spider Shot Speed.

Currently top 100 is a score of 58k, without really warming up, not being caffeinated, and it being pretty cold in my room I got nearly 52k. Not trying to flex or anything, I remember when even reaching 40k score seemed impossible but it all gets easier with practice if you are serious about wanting to improve.Edit: sorry for the spam I'm just obsessed with this type of stuff, but I just noticed that I was at 29k at 30 seconds in if I would have kept the same tempo and not choked in the middle, I would have averaged a score around 58k. Is what I was referring to more so of people using cheat engine to slow it down and achieve ridiculous times that throws everyone off. I can see watching your video you are a real human, but in the video I linked there is literally not even a slight percentile of error or need for adjustment. In the comments I was talking to the guy 'I called him out lmao' and he said he uses multiple different sensitivites too which automatically red flags him for me. There's no way anyone could ever be that precise at that speed when they are switching sensitivies frequently.
